Services Provided
Vanessa Serra Media offers freelance photography, videography, and related production services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees will be agreed upon in a written contract or proposal before work begins.
Booking and Payments
– A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.
– Final payment is due by the agreed date stated in the contract.
– Payments can be made via accepted methods outlined in the proposal or invoice.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
– Cancellations must be made in writing.
– Deposits are non-refundable. If rescheduling is requested, new dates are subject to availability.
– In case of force majeure (natural disasters, severe illness, etc.), both parties will work to reschedule without penalty.
Copyright and Usage Rights
– All images and videos created by Vanessa Serra Media are protected by copyright law.
– Clients receive a license for personal or agreed commercial use, but ownership remains with Vanessa Serra Media unless otherwise stated in writing.
– Unauthorized reproduction, editing, or resale of media without written permission is prohibited.
Client Responsibilities
– The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions, permits, and releases for locations, people, and events being photographed or filmed.
– If necessary, a release form will be signed by all relevant parties to grant consent for the use of images and videos.
– The client must ensure that all participants are aware of and consent to being recorded.
Editing and Delivery
– Final media will be delivered in the agreed formats and within the specified timeframe stated in the contract.
– Requests for additional editing beyond the agreed scope may incur extra fees.
Limitation of Liability
– While every effort is made to ensure the highest quality, Vanessa Serra Media is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control (e.g., equipment failure, adverse weather, restricted access).
– Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of San Juan Puerto Rico.
